The green film on your walkway is a slip hazard

Shaded walkways grow a thin algae layer that gets genuinely dangerous when wet. It’s also the first thing a visitor steps on.
Sidewalks and entry walks sit in shade more than any other concrete on your property, which means they grow organic film faster. That thin green layer becomes slick the moment it rains, and it’s on the exact path your family, your guests and your delivery drivers walk every day.

Liability you probably haven't thought about

If someone slips on your walkway, the condition of that surface is a question you’d rather not have to answer. Annual cleaning is cheap compared with what a fall costs anyone involved.

Edges and expansion joints

The surface cleaner handles the field of the slab, but the perimeter and the expansion joints need detail work with a wand to pull out the growth packed into the gaps. Skipping that leaves a dark outline around a clean slab, which looks worse than not cleaning it at all.

Pairs well with the driveway

We’re already set up with water and equipment on site, so adding the walkways to a driveway booking costs far less than doing them as a separate visit.

Common questions

Before you book

Do you clean city sidewalks in front of the property?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. It’s the part everyone sees from the street.
Pavers need lower pressure and a careful approach so we don’t blast out the joint sand. Mention paver work when you request your quote.
