Services

Nine services. One rule: match the pressure to the material.

Most damage we get called out to fix was caused by someone using a driveway setting on a cedar fence. Every service below lists the actual operating pressure and method we use, so you know what’s touching your property.

Residential

Around the house

House Washing

Gulf Coast humidity feeds mildew on north-facing walls faster than most homeowners expect. We soft wash brick, stucco, HardiePlank and vinyl — the detergent kills the growth at the root so it stays gone, and low pressure means mortar joints, window seals and paint are never at risk.
Soft wash
100–500 PSI
Root-kill detergent
18–24 mo result

Roof Cleaning

Those black streaks on your shingles are gloeocapsa magma, a living algae that holds moisture against the roof and shortens its life. Pressure blasts the protective granules off and voids most shingle warranties. We treat it chemically at under 100 PSI instead.
Soft wash only
<100 PSI
Warranty-safe
No granule loss

Driveway & Sidewalk Washing

A wand alone leaves zebra stripes. We run a flat-surface cleaner for an even finish edge to edge, then apply a post-treatment that slows regrowth — the difference between a driveway that stays clean nine months and one that stays clean two years.
Surface cleaner
3,000–3,500 PSI
Post-treated
Rust & oil add-on

Deck & Fence Washing

Cedar, pine and composite are far softer than concrete. High pressure raises the grain, splinters board faces and leaves permanent wand marks. We clean with the grain at low pressure using a wood-safe detergent — and if you’re planning to re-stain, this is the prep step that makes it hold.
Soft wash
500–800 PSI
Wood-safe detergent

Patio & Pool Deck

Stamped concrete, travertine, flagstone and sealed decorative surfaces each behave differently under pressure. Sealed decorative work gets dialled back hard — blowing out a stamped pattern is expensive to fix and completely avoidable.
Soft wash
1,200–3,000 PSI
Sealer-safe

Window Cleaning

Pairs naturally with a house wash — the detergent overspray needs rinsing off the glass anyway, so doing both in one visit costs less than booking them separately. Screens pulled, tracks wiped, purified water finish with no spotting.

Commercial & Fleet Washing

Storefronts, sidewalks, drive-thru lanes, dumpster pads and vehicle fleets. Grease and food waste need hot water to break down properly — cold water just spreads it around. We schedule after hours or before opening so nothing interrupts trade.

Questions we get every week

How often should I get my house washed?

Every property is different, but once or twice a year is the general rule for house washing in Montgomery County. Gulf humidity feeds algae and mildew quickly, especially on north-facing walls that never get direct sun.

That’s an average year, though. A big storm can kick up enough grime to move the timeline up. Stick with six to twelve months as your guideline, but if dark or green staining is starting to become noticeable, get in touch and let us assess it.

Usually, yes. One of the real advantages of pressure washing is how quickly it lifts staining. Even on soft wash jobs where we can’t rely on high pressure, we use detergents that break stubborn stains down chemically rather than mechanically.

What we tell every customer is this: don’t put stain removal off. Certain stains left to set into a surface for years can become permanent, and while cleaning will reduce their appearance, it may not fully remove them at that point. If you’re unsure, ask us to assess — we’ll tell you the likely outcome before you commit.

No, and this is the most common damage we get called out to repair. Wood and wood-composite are much softer than stone or concrete, and high pressure will warp, splinter or furr the board face permanently.

Low-to-moderate pressure is the correct approach. We use soft washing — a very low pressure method that relies on detergent and dwell time to lift grime carefully. It’s the same technique that makes our roof cleaning shingle-safe.

Not for exterior work, as long as we can access the areas being cleaned and there’s a working outdoor water spigot. Plenty of our Montgomery and Woodlands customers are at work while we’re on site.

We’ll send before and after photos and follow up once the job’s complete. If you’d rather walk it with us in person, just say so when you book and we’ll schedule accordingly.

Not when the job is done properly. We pre-water and cover beds and shrubs before any detergent is applied, and rinse thoroughly afterward. Plant damage is what happens when a company skips that prep to save fifteen minutes.

If you have anything unusual or particularly delicate — mature ornamentals, a vegetable garden against the house, a koi pond — point it out when we arrive and we’ll plan around it.

Yes. Active military, veterans, and first responders all get a standing discount on any service. Just mention it when you request your estimate and we’ll apply it to the quote.

Not sure which service you need?

Send photos of the surfaces you’re worried about. We’ll tell you what it needs, what it doesn’t, and what it’ll cost — in writing, with no pressure to book.
