Photographs from jobs across Montgomery County. Every image is our own work on a real customer property.
No stock photography and no images borrowed from suppliers or other contractors. Each one was taken on a real customer property in Montgomery County, mostly on a phone, mid-job or right after the final walkthrough.
On concrete, look at whether the finish is even across the whole slab. Overlap striping — the wavy light-and-dark banding you see on a lot of cleaned driveways — is the signature of a hand wand without a surface cleaner, and it doesn’t go away. Also look at the edges and expansion joints: a clean slab outlined by a dark border means the detail work was skipped.
On siding, look for consistent colour from the roofline down to the foundation with no clean arcs where someone could reach and dirty patches where they couldn’t. On roofs, look at the gutters in the photo — granules in the gutter mean the shingles were pressure washed rather than soft washed.
Send us a photo of the surface you’re worried about and we’ll tell you what it needs and what the realistic outcome looks like. Browse the full project write-ups for the method and pressure used on each job.
