We spend the year on your roofline and gutters, which means we already know the access points, the pitch and where the power is. That’s half the job on a lighting install before anyone touches a ladder.
Everything is included
Custom design for your rooflines, commercial-grade lights and clips we supply, full installation, any mid-season repairs if a run fails, takedown in January, and storage through the off-season. Nothing takes up space in your garage and you never climb a ladder in December.
Why commercial-grade matters
Consumer light strings aren’t built for a full season outdoors and the failures start right when you want them working. Our lights are rated for commercial installation and sized to fit your specific rooflines rather than approximated from a big-box box.
Booking
Installation slots fill through October and early November. Call in October if you want a choice of dates — by December we’re usually full.

Do I own the lights?
No, they’re part of the service, which is why storage and repairs are included. You’re not left with a tangle to deal with in January.
What if a section stops working?
Call us and we’ll come fix it during the season. It’s included.
