An even finish, edge to edge — no zebra stripes

A wand alone leaves overlap marks across your concrete. A surface cleaner doesn’t. Then we post-treat so it stays clean far longer.
Concrete is the one surface around your home that genuinely wants high pressure. The difference between a good driveway job and a bad one isn’t how hard you hit it — it’s whether the finish is even, and whether anything was done to slow the regrowth.

Why we use a surface cleaner

A hand wand cleans in an arc. Overlap those arcs across a 900-square-foot driveway and you get the striped, wavy pattern you’ve seen on neighbours’ concrete. A flat-surface cleaner runs two jets on a rotating bar under a shroud, cleaning in a consistent straight pass. Even colour, every time.

The step most companies skip

After the concrete is clean, we apply a post-treatment that kills the remaining spores in the pores of the slab. Without it, organic growth starts coming back within a few months. With it, most Montgomery driveways stay clean for 18 months or more. It’s the single biggest factor in how long your result lasts.

Rust, oil and battery acid

Orange irrigation rust, oil drips under the parking spot and leaf tannin staining all need specific treatments rather than more pressure. We’ll tell you honestly what will lift completely and what will only lighten — before you book, not after.

Common questions

Before you book

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when it’s done correctly. Etching happens when someone holds a narrow tip too close for too long. A surface cleaner spreads the force and keeps the distance consistent.
Usually we can lift most of it with a degreaser and hot water. Deep, old oil that has penetrated the full depth of the slab may lighten rather than vanish. We’ll assess it and be straight with you.
As soon as it’s dry, usually an hour or two depending on the weather.
