A realtor reached out to us at TRC Pressure Washing when she was looking for a company to clean up a house she was selling. The house was extremely dirty and definitely needed to be cleaned up before the house was ready to hit the market.

We started off by spraying a solution onto the patio to weaken the general grime and organic matter. After the solution had sat for a while it was time to break out the surface cleaner. Once we were done surface cleaning, we grabbed our wand and cut in around the edges of the patio to ensure everything was cleaned evenly all the way to the edges. We then used a low-pressure rinse to spray down the patio screens, and then to flush all of the dirty water out of the patio. Once the patio was done, we rinsed off all of the patio furniture and moved it back onto to patio for the customer.

We then moved onto cleaning the windows. We started off by wetting the windows with a solution to break down things like dirt dobber nests, spider webs, and organics. After that we used a brush to act as a mild abrasive to assist in removing any imperfections on the windows. After the windows had been brushed, we used a special deionized water solution to ensure a streak and spot free dry.
